We provide a 30-day return guarantee from the date of delivery, allowing you enough time to carefully inspect your jewelry and ensure it is exactly what you expected. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or a full refund.
Our Return Policy
You may request a return if your order meets one of the following conditions:
- Items received incorrectly, incorrect size sent, damaged products, or issues caused by our mistake: We will be responsible for the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund.
- Personal preference reasons, such as not liking the product, no longer wanting the item, choosing the wrong size, selecting the wrong style, or finding that the product does not match your expectations based on the photos: The return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days.
Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

2) You will be responsible for all return shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to us. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping for your protection.
3) Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. Your return must be inspected by our quality assurance team. Please allow 1-2 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed.
4) Credit Card and PayPal purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase.
