Our 30-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund (not cover shipping cost).
Our Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when it was shipped, with a Return Merchandise Authorization. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees.
Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days.
Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Return Process
1) Please email us at sale@bikerjeweler.com . We will give you our return address.
2) You will be responsible for all return shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to us. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping for your protection.
3) Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. Your return must be inspected by our quality assurance team. Please allow 1-2 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed.
4) Credit Card and PayPal purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase.
5) Please declare the low price ($1) and mark as gift when you send it. So I don't have to pay for customs taxes for the return package. We will refund the cost of the product in full. This will not include the cost of expedited shipping if you chose this delivery method. Also, we do not refund any customs fees if they occur. If you decide to send a product back, all delivery charges will be carried out your own expense.
